Processing
We aim to process your order and have it with our courier within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. This can sometimes be extended due to promotions or public holidays. If you haven't received any update about your order since receiving your confirmation and it has been longer than 2 business days, please get in touch.

Standard Australian - $8.99 AUD or free when you spend $100 in one order
Express Australian - $12.99 AUD or free when you spend $250 in one order
Standard New Zealand - $14.99 NZD
Standard International - $19.99 AUD
Transit & Delivery
Orders within Australia are shipped and delivered with Australia Post. For international delivery, parcels are processed through your regions customs and handed to a delivery partner for your area. The original tracking number will be able to be used on the appropriate delivery partner's tracking page.
Parcel Issues
Incorrect Address or Details
If you notice incorrect details on your confirmation email, please get in touch right away. We will attempt to rectify the issue prior to shipment, however this is not a guarantee dependant on the status of your order.
If your item is already in transit and you have supplied the incorrect address, please get in touch with Australia Post to have them attempt to redirect this to the correct location as soon as possible.
Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels that cannot be delivered to your address will go to a local post office, with a limited time for you to collect. Please note that we will reach out if your unclaimed parcel is returned to us and will not reship the order until we receive a response from you. If we do not hear back within a reasonable time frame, we will refund your method of payment and return your items to our inventory & website.
Returns
Change of Mind
We accept change of mind returns for exchange and store credit.
Incorrect Item, Size or Colour
If the item you received is not the style, size or colour that you ordered, please use the "request a return" information below. Please also include an image of the item you physically received to ensure our team can process your request as swiftly as possible.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange for another size or item, use the "request a return" information below. Please let us know what item you would like in return so that we can check our stock or order from our vendors.
Request a Return
To request a return, simply get in touch via your preferred method. Please provide the following details in your initial request;
1. Order number
2. Reason for return (change of mind, too small, I received the wrong thing)
3. Preferred outcome (exchange, credit etc)
4. Image of item if required
Once we receive your request, our team will aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days with further information. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and the relevant info to finalise your return.
